DMCA Copyright Policy

Last Updated: 8/16/2026

We take copyright infringement seriously. Under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we have established protocols to handle claims of intellectual property abuse on our website.

1. No Content Hosting Statement

Please note that easymp3downloader.com does not host, store, or index any copyrighted audio files on our servers. All file conversion, booster, and cutter utilities run entirely client-side inside the user's browser, and no files are ever sent to our servers.

Furthermore, our Royalty-Free Music Directory connects to public external APIs (like Jamendo's public search API) to load preview links hosted on third-party servers. We do not have control over content hosted on external networks.

2. How to Report Infringement

If you are a copyright owner or authorized representative and believe that any external link or preview retrieved through our index violates your copyright, you may submit a formal notification containing:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  • Identification of the material or link that is claimed to be infringing (e.g. the specific Jamendo search result URL).
  • Your contact information, including address, telephone number, and email.
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized.
  • A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

3. DMCA Agent Contact

Please send DMCA notices via email to: dmca@easymp3downloader.com.

Upon receiving a valid notification, we will investigate the query and remove or disable access to the indexed search results from our search directory.
